BIG problems with current jail

Ok so I had been accompaning my good friend spleen while he was in jail when I decided to take a shower. I had but got extremely bored and decided to drown myself. I wasn't sure after that why I had exited the jail and asked spleen to test something for me. He gave me his stuff and I went home; he then (becasue I ordered him to) to drown himslef. Upon doing so he died and went to spawn. This is an error in jail that needs to be fixed, or else people may find out in the future of this fault and leave jail sooner of their sentence.

I believe this needs to be fixed ASAP.
*Because spleen was being co-operative I decided to let him stay out of jail*
im sorry if this causes problems, its best if this was fixed as soon as possible
