If you want something checked for grief or need immediate attention from staff use /helpop.

/helpop Just sends a message to the staff with a red tag next to it so it is easy to see, this will get their attention and thus the problem will be attended to faster.

Yeah I will almost always answer any helpop because I notice it over the rest of the chat going on.
