New Head Loot Table, 1.12 Update, and Portals

So along with the 1.12 update I was thinking of getting a new system for mob skulls and such. There is a new loot table which Hermitcraft uses for head drops, and I was thinking we could install that one since the community around Hermitcraft is very active and keen on updating (so we won't have to worry about a new version not being released) It would be much better than the one we have installed currently (EVERY mob has a head that it can drop) If you don't know what Hermitcraft is it is basically like Mindcrack where a bunch of YouTubers get together and play survival SMP. Along with the new update we are getting an advancement system that replaces achievements. Some of these advancements include things that can only be done by using portals. I know this is a tricky argument because of portals being able to exceed the world border but I think we most definitely need them back due to being such an important aspect of the game now.

Im waiting on 1.12 probably another day. Last time I checked it was not finalized on spigot but it is available. I just dont want to install the buggiest version of it. Either way I will try to implement it this Sunday

We do, its imbedded in another bigger plugin I think... Boxes can tell you

i would totally love more mob heads for my little mob head museum! they say two heads are better than one, but in this case it's all the heads!
