After i had gotten mfloyd unbanned i used him to grief a few houses that i had found in the 1.7 world. I Was never given the chance to replace them. However I realize that i should not have been given that chance to replace because it was a very serious affence. I am very sorry for all i did. How ever mfloyd told me that he also griefed the cathedral and i just wanted to make it clear that that was not me on mfloyd's account for that griefing. However if it makes it better then i can replace all of that also. I am very sorry. I was wondering if instead of being banned for a very long time i could be unbanned and i could be demoted for as long as all of the staff, overlords, and admins see fit. I hope that you agree to this because i love minecraft junkie alot and it is the only server that i have ever truly liked. Most others are not very nice to the new players and you are very nice. You can keep watching me and make sure that i cant grief. I am very sorry again and i hope you will consider my option. Again i am very sorry. Thank you for your time.

You've also done a lot of minor grief around the 1.8 world. I'm constantly seeing your name pop up places. Off the top of my head, that little house near spawn with the Clay Block rim in the walls. Just checked now, you destroyed two of the blocks.

In addition to minor griefings, you were a constant pain to deal with in PVP, breaking the rules repeatedly and being a general bother to everyone.

Anyways, my personal observations aside, you shouldn't really be unbanned at this point. What you did is different from typical bannings of longtime users. What you did was malicious. It wasn't a misunderstanding of the rules, or even just thinking you could get away with something (I.E. hey nobody lives here anymore so who cares?). You used multiple accounts. You did this knowing full well what you did was wrong. I think it'd be best if you stay banned a little bit longer. Come back in a month or two.

Also, don't ask a specific person or group of people to be the judges for if you remain banned or not ("Cal and all of the higher ranking members"). It doesn't work like that. You don't decide how we moderate. We do. How it works is, the lower ranks' decisions remain authority unless a higher-up decides that a different course of action should be taken. T
