Dynmap
The oceans around spawn have lots of "black patches" in dynmap because they were generated before the plugin was installed. As the only way to manually fix it is to swim around placing lilypads everywhere, I'd like to suggest that a quiet time to used to invoke a /dynmap radiusrender (or a series of small ones around problem areas) which, while slowing down the server for a little while, will permanently fix the problem and make the map look a lot less glitchy.

Re: Dynmap
I did try this for the south east area of spawn and for a 10 block radius around me it took around 20 seconds to generate the land for the dynmap and that was when there was only 5 people online. so it will take a considerable amount of time to generate the rest of the land.
