Hello all, I wanted to bring up an issue today where I was muted by one of your mods by pointing out a fallacy in the rules (rule #6 which states, build sensibly). One player was trying to build a dirt wall, this was "not allowed" because certain people didn't like it. I then stated that sensibly is a word that varies in definition with each person. Just like fast does. Some people think 100mph is fast, some think 20. Get my drift?
Anyway, I was then told I made a mistake and was immediately muted. Now being muted for stating an opinion without warning? Think about it... If you don't want to listen to me, you can ignore me, but muting me because I disagree with you? How do you expect to learn anything if you don't listen to what others have to say? I mean yea I get you want people to respect your mods, but how do you expect that to happen when they don't act in a respectable manner?
Anywho, just wanted to bring it up to whoever runs the server. Thanks for the looksy and wish you all good luck.

You were muted because you were interfering with moderation action. I was talking to someone about not building a ~100 block high dirt wall right outside, for no purpose other than to do so.
If you're interested in the conversation, it went as follows.
At this point, I sent you a tell, which it seems you did not see, due to the fact you were posting this very thread. The tell stated that, I was in the middle of dealing with a moderation, and you were basicly interfering in what was already a touchy situation. I told you that in the future, please don't post smart-ass comment while I'm trying to get a troll to understand what he's doing it not okay.
You were indeed muted without warning, This time. I know for a fact that other staff team members have spoken to you previously about not joking with people you don't know well enough, as some people take it the wrong way. This could easily be considered one of these situations. You all but called me dumb, which I do no appreciate personally, and is considered disrespectful to not only another member, not only a staff member, but to someone who was in the middle of moderation.
Just my two cents. There's plenty of people that were online at the time, who would be willing to comment on the situation.

Too me, it seemed that this player insulted Nico, which is never a good idea, and that warrants a mute right there. coupled with the fact that he was interfering with an admin situation rightfully deserves a mute without warning.

I was not interfering I was interjecting. There is a difference. Interjecting authority is how America was made. You implying that is a bad thing is devoid of sensibility therefore you nulled your own point. And telling people not to joke with other people, whether they know them or not is just preposterous.
It implies trying to make people smile and relax is a bad thing. Also voiding the definition of sensibility. To put it simply, this is politically correctness that you are trying to put forth. The only problem there is, political correctness tries to pamper everyone's feelings, which everyone will get offended, because everyone is different. I myself was offended at your lack of professionalism and competency. But I did not throw a fit asking for you to be muted or any retaliation be in return. 2 wrongs don't make a right...
Anyway, for me to have to explain this only shows your lack of experience or intelligence (possibly both). Get offended all you want, it doesn't change facts dear. Anywho, that being said, I ask that you give all my belongings and property to TNTRemmi. This server is too devoid of any intelligence/humanity for any sane person to with stand. Thank you for your time, and most of all, thank you for managing to state your own incompetency. The joke has been on you my friend.
