Is there anyway I can sell a house similar to how I sell things in a chest shop?

You can just advertise selling your house and hope someone takes your offer. It would all have to be done in "person".

In a way, you could sell the deed to your house on a written book that can be sold in a chest shop. There would have to signs around it telling more of what it is.

or U can just advertise it and sell it in a residence

Sure, you can sell anything as long as there's a sucker willing to buy. There's no automatic process though so you'll have to do everything manually. Find a buyer by talking around, you give them the land and they give you the money, and it's a sale.

Yes, the command is /res give residencehere playerhere and that should transfer ownership. Just type that after taking out all your stuff and recieving pay, as the residence will no longer belong to you. According to the manual the player has to be online as well.
