You can just advertise selling your house and hope someone takes your offer. It would all have to be done in "person".

In a way, you could sell the deed to your house on a written book that can be sold in a chest shop. There would have to signs around it telling more of what it is.

Sure, you can sell anything as long as there's a sucker willing to buy. 
There's no automatic process though so you'll have to do everything manually. Find a buyer by talking around, you give them the land and they give you the money, and it's a sale.

Yes, the command is /res give residencehere playerhere and that should transfer ownership. Just type that after taking out all your stuff and recieving pay, as the residence will no longer belong to you.
