Anyways so i have had issues before with this laptop (Black screen error) so someone told me to delete the bin folder so it wouldnt black screen anymore. So i took the advice and all of a sudden LAGG the entire minecraft folder deleted and so when i download the launcher again i enter my info and it says i could not connect to minecraft.net there were to options as always 1-Try Again 2-Play Offline.
but the 2nd option wasnt able to click and below it said (Not Downloaded) now i have no idea to do if someone could help me resolve this issue feel free to comment BELOW :DDDD?Im counting on you MCJ Community!

Idk, deleting your bin is like doing a force update I think. It will wipe out any mods or anything that you have downloaded onto Minecraft. I have deleted my bin MANY times and nothing like this has happend. Also when it says could not connect to Mincraft.net, it's usually because of the connection (for me at least). I really don't know, I would try deleting that application of Minecraft and just download Minecraft again. Also, you might not have your username or password typed in correctly. Lol, I am not much of a computer wiz but thats what I would do :D

I agree with lemon. You may lose your texture packs and mods but at least you'll be able to come online!

Everytime I get a black-screen I just delete my .minecraft folder. Works everytime :)

i didnt understand the question too much and im not an epic techie but i think you should be able to copy ur mods and textures to desktop, then delete minecraft. Re-install minecraft (itll be free now you have account, because its the account you buy not the actual game) then open the new mods and texture packs folder and drag ur mods and stuff in.

remember im not an awesome techie i may be absolutely wrong...
