Dissapearing money

When i logged on after the temp server, about 70k of my money was missing, i checked my few shops for items that had been sold to the shop, and there was nothing, all my shops make profit, eg sell for more than they buy for, can anyone shed some light on this?

Edit:The money I currently have is the amount I had like a week or two ago. To give a time it was when Count was asking for mossy_cobblestone.

I can share some light on that.
Yesterday fix wiped out some database entries for the last 3 days. So plugins running on SQL database lost some info. That would be money, bb - which is not big deal, and some of precicious stones placement data. I wasn't able to rebuild database from the most recent sql backup.
Unfortunately , lots of plugins switching to SQL database record keeping and we are stuck in the middle of this limbo. Lots of these plugins have no way of importing the old data into the new one.
But some like MCMMO have convert script that worked very well. I wish more developers would do such a great job of switching to a different system.
Seems like minecraft server software and plugins right now are in transitional stage, going from half ass developed software to a more polished look and more streamlined. So like with any changes we are dragged along. I try to back up as much stuff I can, but sometimes even backups do not work due to a bad code from developers.
