If he put a sign up, I think it should be taken as a sign that he intended to replace it. Even though taking it in the first place is less than ideal, I think it should be considered that it wasn't entirely malicious and selfish.

Also in response to Bfan: Nico had showed me some of my tunnels each time telling me this was a perfect example of xray (while it showed similar xray traits, it was not. I didn't apply for VIP to cheat and lie. If I say I didn't do something I would hope you guys can trust me enough to believe me.)
Continuing to Bfan, my stuff was confiscated (diamonds, gold, and iron) and what little material I do have was from Mob Arena (20 gold ingots if I remember) later that day.

Upon this discovery your items will be restored. Your rank issues will be considered and responded to at a later date.

While searching for about 3 days i was only able to find 3 small times that looked odd but they could be easily explained away. so i agree with his items being returned to him.

I'm glad that the x-raying issue has been resolved. Also I appreciate that you have read all that I have posted. Thanks for trusting me guys.

I am very happy that this was all sorted out now, I was really surprised when I saw PMB had been demoted, and really, kind of upset, I would have never expected PMB to be demoted (Or get into any trouble for that matter). Glad that this was resolve, good to have you back buddy.
