A quick suggestion/question.

I had heard talk about a server for the Technic pack a little while ago, if what I heard was true or not is irrelevant but, i was thinking and I thought that a server for tekkit would be a cool idea if it is possible and we have enough people interested to play within the junkie community.

My main problem with the Technic pack was that it just got plain boring in single player and when i had gone in search of a server to play with my friends they were all relatively terrible. This then led to me quitting playing this particular mod pack a good while ago. But in the last few days i have been more interested with it again and thought it would be a great idea if we could get all the great people from junkie and a have a server where we could all play in the wonderful mod pack.

There i also another mod in the style of tekkit named feed the beast, which is quite similar to tekkit but with more vanilla aspects preserved and it could be persuamably easier to host.

Just something to consider, i personally think it would be a great idea.

The biggest problem with mass tekkit servers is that you need to remove all the fun stuff for it to be able to be hosted and played on by many people thus making it a lot less fun. the best thing you can do to get the most enjoyment out of tekkit is to find a friend who can host it and play with them and a couple of friends.

i agree with explodingboxes on the thing he said with its more fun to have a friend make the server so you can have all the mods you want and more power to change something when it goes wrong. i say when becuse 100% of the times i have played tekkit something broke and removed an item from me.

Hmm, agreed that was my main problem with most servers i tried out.
