Regestering

SO my idea is that as soon as someone has finished the registering process they automaticly get redirected to the applications and rules page so we dont have to spend FOREVER telling people where to go and what to do

PLUS i think we should change the /register text to say to post in the i want a rank up thread instead of PM ing a staff member
