Why am I jailed?

I joined this server, donated within a couple weeks, talked my friend (shltf00t) into donating as well then I get jailed for no reason?

Kommy, as long as clowns like KenpachiZarock have the power to jail me because they don't like the shape of the hole I dug, I'll never be donating another cent.

I agree with Cellen. Ken is a good guy but the way he was talking in-game it sounded like Because he didn't like Cellen's mine he automaticly called it an X-Ray. I also have more people who witnessed this such as Sylvanstar, PMBFTW, BedsideBug. So please take this into careful consideration.

Im sure cellen didnt use any xray mod or texture pack , I used to have it but only for single player back in jan when i was new to the game and never online. I can assure you that we both work hard fulltime jobs and value our free time. I wouldnt doubt cellen is still in a vanilla texture pack but i showed him a few HQ packs and he may have switched but doubt it.

Im sure it was a misunderstanding though and the investigation will uncover the facts. Does the server log what texture pack you logged in within some sort of .prefs or .ini log? perhaps we can start there...
