Temp server for 1.3

As usual its that time again for a temp server while we waiting on bukkit and plugins to update to the greatest and latest version. It is only temporary so please don't panic. You will not loose anything and we've done it this way with every major upgrade

Its finally up now, sorry took an hour since I used this opportunity to change router finally back and make some manual routing for mac addresses so now it works though had to be on the phone with VErizon for half hour just for them to renew ip address.
Anyway... it is up now

well.....common sense. simple default minecraft server always will have those type of problems , that is why we use bukkit. Every time we do temp server there are lots of grieffers

Me and Nicolu cleaned that up, some of it's there, but we'll have to deal with it. Best not make pretty things the next time we have a temporary server, if we ever do.
