If i was absolutely forced to replace one i would pick Nicolu, I was griefed one time and she didn't come and Log Block it, So i had to wait for another staff member to come on. The second one is She is hardly on, Thats really all i can think of so... ya

I would try to kind of 'Protect' that user. Then if he/she got demoted/banned i would get my friends to help me get evidence that that person didn't to anything. Then i would post the evidence on the forums and hope that Kommy or Korthic see it.

1. Assume you have the chance to replace one member of the staff team: I would probably pick Nicolu, don't get me wrong I think all the staff do a good a good job at their job! But I remember when I joined up in the beginning, I remember getting a negative vibe from her one time while I was on mumble but I can't remember the exact details. Nicolu, if I ever did anything to upset you, I sincerely apologize! Oh, and one time I remember somebody told me about how he ./msg'd Nicolu about being promoted to veteran she never replied. Another memory I recall about Nicolu one time we had a competition about general Minecraft knowledge on mumble. I thought this was very cool and very fun, I was only member at the time and I thought that it was great that she was socializing with the members. I think that the staff members should interact with the members and lower more because members, veterans even some adv. builders really look up to the staff. I remember I used to find that staff would all be alone in a channel that members couldn't get into and just feeling really left out. I don't if thats still a problem but if it is, it should be changed.

I wouldn't expect it tough (I don't mean that in a bad way, it's just rules are rules.). I'd then assume full responsibility for my siblings actions, no way I'd ever forgive my sibling though . I recall this happening this year with a member named chakinfingaz, he was banned. So i wouldn't expect any less for myself.

Put them in a folder, compress it and send it to an admin via email or through the forums if possible. Then furthermore, I would try and take to the next level and let that annoying player in the most friendly way I can, let them know their annoying the staff and other players. Then proceed in helping him/her not be so annoying. He/she would probably be a socially awkward person just looking for friends online. Most bulling people bring upon themselves, I have learned this the hard way.

1. Answer
Well i dont really want to replace any of them because they either work hard or are really friendly/funny but if i had to .... i may have to choose you Nico because I havn't actually seen you do to much work to do with the staff position (not saying you havn't done it just havn't seen you do it), because i've seen a few people ask her to promote them from default to member and come see if they are eligible for Adv Builder and she just doesn't reply and (especially lately) i havn't seen her on to much or interacting with people of a lower rank much. I would be eligible for staff because i am on alot of the time, i talk to everyone, answer asked questions, and help new people whne they are stuck (not like telling them the pass to the door though....). But i wouldn't want replace Nico or any of the other staff on the list.

2. Answer
i would ask for forgiveness of the players that were affected and explain to them what happened. but that doesnt fix what they did so id try to fix what my sibling had done. but it would still have been my fault for telling him my password or not covering it more so i would still take the consequences so it would be a leson learned :/

3. Answer i would attempt to gather info and evidence with mumble recordings, taking pics with my phone
(i have no idea how to screenshot on a mac) and attempt to inform Korthic or email Kommy with what info i could gather about it. Also i would inform the player and by informing him that this could happen if he keeps being a dick to staff and working out how to fix it i could stop him doing what he does to annoy the staff.

for screanshot on a mac:

go to system settings and loook around there for a check box

its will say summit about f1 f2 f3 f4 etc (think its at the bottom of one of the tabs)

when you find it check it and then f1 f2 f3 f4 and so on will be in the same place as where a pc would have them

press f2 to take a screanshot ingame

OR

get steam add it as a game in steam (add game -> non steam game)

then run minecraft from steam

you can then use whatever key screanshot is binded to on steam to take a screanshot

Application for VIP will be open from July 10th - July 17th

Read the following very carefully, anyone who does not qualify and applys will have no chance of getting the promotion this time around.


Requirements for becoming a VIP:
+ Be active on the forums, ingame chat, and be able to log onto Mumble while playing. We like people who talk.
+ A good level of english: Typos are fine, second language is fine. 'ppl who r typin like dis or any1 simlar' are not.
+ Plays for at least 10 hours a week, preferably as much as possible. You WILL get removed from VIP if you don't play often and contribute.
+ Friendly and helpful within the community. Knowledge of plugins and features is preferred but not essential.

Remember:
1)You may NOT ask our staff team anything about you being promoted, unless they ask you first. Do NOT bother our staff team about your application. This thread is how you ask us if you can be VIP. We will come to you afterwards if we are interested.
2)You are allowed to re-submit your application after two months or more have passed. Please quote you original application and its timestamp for our ease of navigation.
3)If you are accepted, this does not mean you are above ANY server rules. In fact you are held to a higher standard than other users. Breaking any rule can result in a demotion, kick or ban, depending on the severity.
4)Also, at anytime, you can and will be demoted if the staff team feels that you are not properly doing your job, or are not living up to the standard we hold you to. We are a self moderating staff team, and we do not tolerate abuse among our ranks.
5)When we are looking for staff members, we look at VIP members before we look at regular users. Might come in handy some day.

By applying you realize:
1) VIP is our lowest rank of our staff team, and will put you in a position of authority and power over all users below you. You must abide by the rules more closely than all of the other non-staff on our server, for you will now be the standard that users hold themselves to.
2) Being a member of the staff team does not mean you get to be respected more than any other user, or can punish users more harshly for breaking the rules against you. On Minecraft Junkie, all users are to treat all users with the same respect, regardless of rank. Staff are here to serve, not to be served.
3) Should you be chosen, you will most definitely run into problems while moderating. If you are having difficulty with understanding what to do, remember that you can contact any staff member to help you out. You don't have to lone wolf it. This isn't a job, it's community service, and with an online community you need all the help you can get.

A: The choises listed above are all amazing staff and do a great job to make this the best community it can be, but i would have to pick caldrin he never really comes on anymore, soz caldrin

A: No one and no one touches my acount! after that incedent when i was swearning and saying rude things i now chnhge my password once a week but, if i does happen i would first ask for forgivness to what ive done then i would fix every block and every thing i or the person ruined, but it would still be partly my fault for telling that person my password. the only one i have playing minecraft with me is dust_bunnys_115 (he dosent know my password!) So it shouldent happing again.

A: well i would ask them Why they wanted me demoted and get everyones elses opion on me and if im a Good staff member, Ok staff member, bad staff member or Horrible staff member, and i would take snapshots and email them to korthic or kommy000 and if i can: post them on the fourms

His is inactive : If Korthic was more Active then he would be on more and would be able to support other players requests that only admin can help with such as changing the Perms for a staff

Well, no one I know knows my password for my minecraft account, If a hacker or some else gets a hold of it, which would be a small chance. I would apologize and take the consequences and try to fix everything.

I would tell the staff, and take the ban or other things to save the other person. Really why would the staff do this anyways. If I told I would be saving others too from them being so corrupt.
