hey guys, i'm not going to deny looting all those chests, but i got told by a player to help myself to some stuff from his chest, " the junk one isn't locked " he said.

then i went on a trip wondering round the world and found some chests in caves and stuff.
most had lots of rubbish in them, like a few coca beans.

but i found a few on the mario people island and they sempt to be full of junk too.
" dirt, cobble, almost broken weapons." so i thought they wernt needed and took them

i had literally been playing minecraft for around... 2 hours alltogether. when all this happend.
my first experience of the game was on your server.

and i had been building with the materials for hours after that and no-one mentioned anything going missing on chat, so i presumed it was junk and no-one cared.

about an hour or so after, i got asked if i took the stuff

i told them i'd been looting and breaking everthing, but fixing it afterwards, as i wasnt sure what i was doing.. the staff told me if i gave te stuff back i wouldnt get punished, so i showed them where i took it all and they took it back to the player ( i presume )

i could ramble on for paragraphs about how i genuinely thought i wasnt doing anything wrong, but it's you guys that matter.

if you could give me 1 last chance, i'd not make you regret it, i wouldnt ever loot a chest ever again or just generally cause, what i think you guys defined as " greif "

this is my first ever minecraft experience and i was enjoying it, please give me another chance.

the ones on the mario people island had some other stuff in t that i wasnt sure what it was too, glowdust.., sugar things, and other random stuff. i just presumed it was all rubbish.

What's worthless: cobblestone (don't steal it though)
What's valuable: Coal, Iron, GlowStone, Soulsand, Gold, Smoothstone, and Redstone
