Offenses: Upon logging on this morning I found Mailman111 screaming at users saying he hated everyone and the server was stupid. Apparently he and Tylermar98 were on a cobblestone bridge above a lava stream, and Mailman111 tried to knock Tylermar98 in by breaking blocks under him. I can confirm that Mailman broke several blocks above it with BB, but because of the crappy new way the plugin works, I don't have much to work with.

Tylermar98 responded with pushing Mailman111 into the lava, which caused Mailman111 to go ballistic. Mailman111 then proceeded to yell in chat in an all caps rage, which is when I joined the server. Mailman111 raged several more times, then asked DancingJoe if he wanted to join another server Mailman111 goes on. I told Mailman111 not to advertise, but he completely ignored me and posted the IP in the main chat. I kicked him, and he said he was going to lie to Kommy and say that I tried to get him banned.

When Joshthelegodude and I tried to find the area where the lava was, Mailman111 said he was refusing to tell us where it was. Mailman111 also said multiple times that if I banned him, he would just ask Kommy to unban him and be right back in the server, and Kommy would be mad at ME for banning him. He also said that he was going to ask Kommy for VIP.

TL;DR, Mailman111 tried to kill Tylermar98, spammed and raged at the community, advertised when I warned him against it, and threatened to get me in trouble for banning him. He also seems to think he can do anything he wants, so he doesn't even hide the fact that he's doing something wrong and seems intent on doing it again should he come back.

Course of Action: Banned.

Two pictures I took during the situation. The first picture was taken when I first entered the server. The second picture was taken right after I had kicked Mailman111 for advertising, and he was threatening to lie to Kommy and say that I "tried to ban him". I was explaining to him that if I wanted to I could ban him, so lying and saying I was "trying to ban him" would be stupid and pointless.

Well I guess he is not going to be unbanned anymore. I had him banned for 2 months and decided to let him back on. Only took a day to get banned again. Well.....such as life.

It's a shame. He used to be a good friend to me. Too bad he had to go insane about getting thrown in lava.
