It is back to go to school again for me so i wanted to let everyone know i wont be on as much.

also this lag is getting on a lot of peoples nerves and mine ecspecially since yesterday (i lost a stack of diamond and 6 stacks of iron) so not to ask to much but does anyone know if this lag will be fixed?

sigh.... for the millions time guys, there are still memory leaks, because Notch is a fat rich bastard that doesn't care about his players. I'm hoping for a newer better bukkit release that fixes it, but we have to wait till they release it.
I've implemented extra restart at 4pm ET to help us with memory leaks so hoping that will cut down on some. The good thing its not all the time just small spikes of lag

Bukkit is actually a much better and active producer than Notch, discluding on how Notch created the brilliant game, but as you said

No problem, I also changed the router hardware so some of it should be fixed since the old hardware wasnt able to handle the traffic
