Good day, everyone!

As most who read this topic are aware, I have been accused of x-raying while mining. Not only has this affected me, but my "Accomplice to Hacking", Bee_buzz3 (Who, I should mention, is my younger brother-hence the sharing of loot). Both of us have not only been temp banned, but also had our valuable resources taken, even the ones we won, from the mob arena, and purchased.

As one might expect, my sibling and I are not amused. One could even go so far as to say that I was livid, and Bee reduced to tears.

I enjoy playing on Junkie, it gives me a chance to play with my friends and family. I understand that this is a hard crime to prove, so Boxes Holmes and his team have done a very good job gathering any amount of evidence. I has to be said, however, that I have little evidence concerning my defense. Therefore, I shall retell the events in the area that was believed to be x-rayed.

Bee and I were mining, hoping to gain a large amount of diamonds, to compensate for the loss of our Armour, due to a recent hacking. Upon entering the area, we stumbled across a lake of lava. I pulled out my bucket, and we were over in a Jiffy, bee lighting the way. It was then I realized that the recent attack on us made my aggressive mobs had almost depleted my health. I told bee (we were in the same room) that we would rest for a while inside a tunnel i dug out. It was inside that we stumbled across redstone, iron and, to our surprise, diamond (I forgot this bit, so I'm using the information Boxes gave me). After regaining my health, we continued to tear through caves, branching off at 10 levels above bedrock, in an attempt to find diamonds.

Well, that's what I recall happening. Hopefully my brother and I will regain our items, as well as a pardon form our punishment.

Bloody hell, that was a lot of effort.

I believe boxes said in helpop that it was only a 3 day temp ban and I do not think there is enough proof here. It looks as if it may have been a x-ray but, it may not have been and there was only one thing possibly x-rayed. Of course if it was then I would expect this to happen butwhen somone may have x-rayed once to find diamonds without much proof for it, I do not think everything they value on mcj should be taken away. If you find proof then great, they deserve it but, I think wawa and his brother may be innocent. Anways, that is my openion and I would like to know if there is any further proof or if something will be done about this.

rocky you are probably right but we have to take some action just in case, they will be unbanned soon and hopefully this won't happen again.

Yes, I know that but, taking all thier mob arena and baught items was in my openion was a bit far because we don't have that much proof. Also, I thaught this was only a 3 day temp ban.

I'm not sure how the justice system works on this server, so could someone enlighten me?

Usually the way people look at criminals is they are innocent up until the point that they are proven guilty.
Hopefully junkie is not a dictatorship!

I will talk to boxes and look into it to tell for sure if it is x-ray or not.. boxes is pretty good at finding xrayers though.. but at some point we may make a mistake.

I remember i did say 3 days but somewhere between that statement and me banning i changed it to 7 days i don't remember exactly why.

I think the reason i actually banned them was because caldrin already removed there items and getting them to communicate there story on the forums would be the best way to get there items back if they didn't xray.

The biggest reason it did look like xraying was that i had found 2 other people who had blatantly xrayed on the night i found wawafish and Bee_buzz. so i am sorry if i falsely accused you two of xraying.
