Ban reset?

Yesterday(3/5/12) i was unbanned which i was, i played for awhile then logged out for dinner. when i got back i tried to log in but i get another "temp bann from this server for 7 days" i then got on mumble to talk to staff about it, they said they apealed me and still nothing, im currently serving another weeks ban. information about this problem would be helpful
also, when i try opening the dynamic map i get an error message "message from website- could not recieve configuration: forbiden" idk if its because i was banned or what
