The Asian style town "next" to spawn is currently going up for auction in THREE Sections:

Section 1 and 2 are the 8 buildings divided evenly via the main road.

Section 3 is the Main Building. The, for lack of better words: Asian Mansion

The rest of the town and the bridge to the mainland will be considered public ground; meaning that anyone may use them so long as they respect local/server rules.


The new owner/s of the land cannot take credit for its creation. Only ownership.


New owner/s CANNOT modify the EXTERIOR (Outside) of any house. they CAN modify the INTERIOR (Inside) of all houses EXCEPT for the Asian Mansion.



Starting price for EACH section is $15,000


To place a bid type the following:

Bid: (amount bidding)
Section: 1 / 2 / 3 (can place bid on one, two or all sections)



The Auction begins immediately.
The Auction will end MONDAY at 12:00AM Pacific Time Zone

I retain the right to cancel this auction at any time. Any payments made prior to the end of the auction will be refunded if auction is cancelled. 頑張って(good luck)
