It's not a TP kill if you tp to them and they hit you. Also if this is a friend of hazels and is doing nothing wrong I dont think you needed to bother them.

Hazel is a lovely member of the server, usually you should say not to kill them when you log on because they think that you are attacking them, that's why they kill you. (Probably just clearing Korthics point).
