My New Town

Incase anyone hasn't heard I'm building a new town, I'm not here to ask for any resources, I'm here to take suggestions, so far I've built the main entrance, and the housing district, I'm welcome to any suggestions so please...SUGGEST!

Houses should look like this:
Close in the roof up where it looks ripped open. In the middle, put a tree and lake around it, and maybe simple wheat farms.

who said it was roman/greek based? lol I'll design the houses myself and let people move into them, would a market place be a good idea?

Our suggestion or is Greek/Roman. My suggestion is roman villas as the houses.
