Anyone wanna have a nice PVP tournament?

I was thinking of having a pvp tournament. Wait i was thinking was i would have a small little area, for 1v1's 2v2's and other team battles. I was thinking of having these every once in a while.
But the first one is gonna be a server wide event with branches and everything. If anyone wants to help or give me feedback about this idea, post a comment.

Heck yeah. Any limitations? Diamond armor can make a fight drag on forever. And potions can be quite a unfair advantage.

Here's a couple of suggestions:
1. Limit armor to an Iron Helmet and Leather everything else.
2. Only a few strategic potions allowed, like speed potions.
3. Disable MCMMO in the area the tournament takes place.
4. No enchanted items whatsoever.
5. It should be in asgard!

We're not enabling pvp for the whole world- We're not disabling mcmmo for everyone without their consent, and if someone decides to tp people to them in asgard to team on someone, then we'll have issues.

So yeah It sounds good, just keep those factors in mind.

Here was what i was thinking..

-Iron armor at best
-Only potion of swiftness allowed
-Disable serrated strikes for fairness to everyone.
-Disable teleportation in the area.

I love no potions, and not diamond armor i think that can drag on a lot.

Also, josh we can have some in asgard. I know that place in and out. =D But i think we can make some arenas also. This can be a very fun event. But i still need people to help out with building the 1v1 arena and making the branches
