Kenpachi's Village

First off we need a city name, suggestions would be greatly appreciated in the comments. I will accept anyone into my city with no greifing/theift past or present history on the server. The rent for a plot of land will be removed. it is now free to live in my city but you must choose to be rulled over by 1 of 9 captains. I say captains because the govenrment system and district style is from the anime Bleach.

CAPTAINS, SQUADS, AND RANKING
now the order they're in has no value in game, its just how i have them written down. We are in the progress of making our arena district where the people listed above will be tested in combat to see where they lay in power here in the city. Now members of their captain can only challange eachother in their squad, they will be ranked from first chair to the total of members in that squad. The First chair can challange his captain for his position, BUT if the first chair loses then he is sent to the bottem of the ranks of his squad. Challanges CAN NOT be ignored, but if you wish not to fight then it counts as a forfit. you CAN NOT spamm challenges, you may challenge all the way to the top in 1 day, but if you lose a challenge you can not rechallenge that person for a week. Captains CAN NOT challenge their squad, but if a member if caught commiting a crime on the server then it should be repoerted to me and action will be taken to demote you or remove you from the city and system

DISTRICTS
At the moment there are 8 planned districts to be built. as of today we have 4 up, we plan to finish 1/1/12. Each captain will own a district and have to govern it or they will be replaced with their first chair(explained above)

there will be more then 8 districts but they are not planned, and will not be made any time soon. Donations for the districts can be deposited under the bulliton board in Noble district. Petty crimes in the districts like pvp(on death not if someone damages you) will be responded to in a fine, eviction, or demotion. Each district will have its own rules such as Paperx's strict permisson befor use rule and plowing pumpkins and melons or you WILL be punished for geifing.
If you have an idea for districts they would also be accepted in the cmments.

MILITARY
the arena system is fun and you should get involved. your rank will be posted on a large wall in the district but please dont make personal wagers with promtional ties, it HAS to go through(watched) me or papi for it to count. When the Arena district is built we will have a tournement which i plan to have 12/25/11 right after christmas. This will determine where everyone stands and whos stronger then who, with power and polotical ties in our kingdom. now if you build your home near ours you may be asked if you would like to join our kindom. this grants you access to the city along with being able to join a squad. If other players annoy you or constantly mess with your character and you're a citizen! report it to Kenpachizarocki or Caldrin

MARKET
the district walls are now up and we are in dire need of woodenstairs, cobble, and pinewood
donations can be made through our donation chest in the wardistrict heading to noble district.
if you dont know how to get to the village there is a gravel road from spawn to there just past Valhallas shop.

btw ken for farsm just letin u know that rocky is alowed in wheat and sugarcane frasm for xp and he gives 80%+ to sylos so if theres a fight i have let him in them

Yello, update here, for any reason we need a quick escape area, me and cut have a fort named Greymoon. It is tall, not very spacious. We are working on rooms down stairs, and it is great for military purposes.

Also, if you want a tent in the military district, contact me Caldrin, or Ken. We can hook you up
