Offense: griefed a few blocks of simondw house.(3-9 blocks.) his appell was "i was trying to breath", the house was small he could have just moved over 2 blocks and swam up 2 blocks, instead he griefed a few blocks (way more than nececary to breath.)
Course of action: jailed for 10m, he had just recently joined and is still defualt.
