Offense: Came onto the server with the intent to piss people off. Slandered Xeronaile by saying that he was part of a griefing and hacking team, and invited ElJosho424 to join it. Meanwhile, he refused to provide any picture/video/chatlog/forum post/email evidence, and Xeronaile has a perfect reputation of 10 on MCBans.

Also, he showed repeated disrespect to Caldrin, telling him very condescendingly to apologize to him when Caldrin enforced the "don't approach the throne" rule. After Caldrin logged off, he asked me to get Caldrin demoted from Overlord.

ElJosho also went over other staff members' heads to get layers of punishment removed by talking to me. He asked me to unmute him when Caldrin had muted him earlier, and to unjail him seconds after Doleking jailed him.

Course of Action: ElJosho424 has been a troublesome member for months now, beginning with when he was promoted to staff earlier this summer. He threatened to make Wildytolumby's life a "living hell" on the server when Wildy said one of ElJosho's structures looked bad. He's been repeatedly disrespectful to almost everybody on this server, and I am sick of it. ElJosho424 has been PERMANENTLY BANNED.
