How to downgrade to 1.7.10!

There have been a lot of posts recently saying they can't join the server because they are using 1.8, and don't know how to get back to 1.7.10, and then asking when the server will be updated and things like that. So this should hopefully tell you how to fix the problem, and also regarding when the server will be updated, (Correct me if I'm wrong) it will most likely be updated a couple days after bukkit is released for 1.8, if you have any other questions regarding downgrading to 1.7.10 please keep it on this thread, and don't ask in posts that were posted weeks, months, or years ago.

Step 1. Open Your Minecraft Launcher

Step 2. Go down to the bottom left and hit "Edit Profile"

Step 3. Find "Use Version:" and and select 1.7.10

Step 4. Hit "Save Profile"

Step 5. Hit "Play"
