1.6.4 temp server bans

The rules are there for a reason. These people obviously can't follow them. If you are on the receiving end, you can contest the ban here also.

That must've been someone hacking onto him, because I asked him and he said he didn't do that.

Chuck, as repeated by exploding boxes, he is only banned from the temp server, which is currently gone. So he can get online.
