You have every right to defend yourself. the problems start with how you are defending yourself. you dont need to place it all over the forums for everyone to see. that will get you into about as much trouble as the person you are trying to tell us about.

what you dont seem to realize is that the words between you and shadow happened 12 hours ago so he isnt even on the server yet for us to talk to him about it. Things take time to happen.

To add to boxes post. This ban isn't just because of that incident. Far from it actually. What happened with silver was the final nail in the proverbial coffin. You have had many chances to get your act together and behave as a constructive(not building wise) member of our group. Your incident with the overlords 'stealing' your items was your last warning and you were told to keep your head down and just play and have fun.

You were not capable of that. As a result there have been several minor transgressions that we overlooked since then but we aren't doing that any longer. TO say that your entire ban was to be placed on one problem would be foolish. If you want to blame this ban on any event you may wish to put the blame on the incident with your items and how out of control you got with that.

Take a long hard look at all the interactions you've had on this server over the course of time that you've been here and there is more negative than positive. Unfortunately if your temper keeps getting the better of you we may remove your ability to appeal this ban. Please take some time to collect your thoughts and understand it from our point of view. Personally I like you you seem like a decent enough fellow that has some anger problems. I'm in the same boat as you are and I have gotten into my own fair share of problems.

I honestly hope in a month you can appeal and come back without a problem but if your previous post is anything to go by and how you threatened the server it's likely that you might not be allowed back at all.

what i really realize is the thing that at the point i was going to be disliked anything i asked for was useless. Every fault i did was a Drama and everything what happened to me just a bagatelle. The first thing Caldavas ask me after i told him what silver did was ,, and what did u say after?,, just in hope that he could tell me something like ,, he called u names u called him names everything is fine,, I am suposed to bequiet and tell everything quietly to ur liddle circle so U can make a desicion between u. And, because of the things which happened before, like u told me something about bane and after he rages because of i explained i knew his prob so i dont wanna bitch again and he said to me he gonna hack me and make ban u refused that u told me that and u start to told me with caldrin some other storys to make me calm and silence. Or what was with the last thing where Caldavas sended Caldrin the msg logs between me and Caldavas? I where not about to bitch i thought i was talking to a friend and comunicate my opinion. Now rocky said Caldavas didnt send it but Caldrin said he did? This thing makes me feel like just Liars are around me and i am right. Torchdeleater told me that he was demoted for a exploid that everyone uses. The silk/fortune/MCMMO exploid but Josh and another staff were just taken the Ores away? And the most obvisouly thing was the decision to get Dalton to ban me. He is less online than others and u Boxes where there, so why he gets the favor to banhammer me? Hmm? somekind of special favor for him for any reason? The main Problem are not me or my moods, the main Problem is that u guys had me in targed because of my uncomfortable question, thaughts and stuff. I tried to fix issues between me and other on a civil and discretly way but i just gained ur anger and excuses. The only chance to force u to handle it in a fair way was to involve the comunity. To say that i am angry, if its make Dalton or other foes smile or not, is a way to underpowered. Serious, everytime if i say ok i calm down, its useless i dont need trouble, other things happened and u guys act the new way against me. And even Caldrin tped to me last time opened randomly all my chests and said after i ask if i could help him he just want to make me mad. I offered u a fair way to free u from my presens by making a vote but u guys dont had the balls to do it. You send Dalton to Ban me and thats realy sad. I give a shit about what u think what my ambition are at this and even if u believe what i say or said before but i never wanted more than justice, not even respect or else just justice. But it looks like that was a way to much to wish to recive

Ez your talking about things that don't matter. You should have been banned many times before today you SHOULD have been banned by anyone online at the time of the events. It should NOT have been allowed to get to this point. But it did because we kept giving you chances and you kept abusing those and doing nearly the exact same thing over and over and over again.

The reason we didn't want to call a vote wasn't because we didn't want the result but because unlike you we care about the other people on this server and we don't want to involve them in something that people just want to play a game they don't care about peoples struggles with 'oppression' they just want to enjoy the game thats it.

That's what we're here for as the staff/overlord team our votes are the ones that are tallied up when it comes to voting and the vote to ban you was unanimous 100%. You've been given far to many chances as is to get your act together and you haven't.

My activity is a fair bit better than yours MCJ isn't just for Minecraft Junkie. I am in mumble talking to people almost every day and playing with games with others from the community. I don't get on the MCJ minecraft server as much as I once did but I get on there more often than you even know because you take frequent breaks when you are 'leaving' and you keep coming back. You are an Og_Reaper.

You have been banned move on with your life go out with your Girlfriend spend time with the family play another game come back in a month and appeal. MCJ shouldn't be your life you are in trouble and you have to pay the consequences for your actions.

i had fun, but u stole eggs from me, just for example, i saw default get banned for that.

i had excuse this fault, i couldnt imagine that my girlfriend trys to be helpfull and dont talk about with me. Depending on the things which happened at me before that reaction was serious to much from me but in the main thaught, and because of u stolen something from me and Bally from my brother, not that suprising

I know my faults, but dont u guys see urs? I explained it alot and i am sad about my tiny english knowlege that holds me away from talking it out at mumble. But, and thats realy just what i wanted, is justice in a way that is comprehensible and for everyone the same. I know people have failure, like i do but i cant accept that some rules are more important for someone than another. And specialy that Nazi/German fuck thing makes me mad. I agree that i take many things to hard epending on the fact that this is just a game, and especialy a game for 9+ years old users but rules are rules. I tried to be politly, did allways give backs, dont grief...just the first time i was on server to reach fraggles floating base ( I know my faults) i am a bad joker and sometimes i anoy people for fun, but i stop if i see its too far. I wanted to be nice and i realy wanted to take me out of all trouble but many old issues especialy to be lied by Caldrin arent acceptable for me even if this goes on and on. The only Apeal i ever could and will do is that i am sorry for my self to loose my patience against kids and guys who are obviously not in the position to take care of there acting. Do to your 'mature and calm' way of dealing with this ban on your youtube channel and on here your chance to appeal has been removed this is now a permanent ban.
