Ok, more topics, partially for others, partially so I don't forget:
Gameworld: We need some preset maps for people to play. Sethbling's TF2, Some multiplayer quests, and whatever else is suggested.
End: Reset within 12 hours of someone entering it. COMPLETELY. Gives more people a chance to fight the Enderdragon and makes people work a bit harder for exp.
I'll add more if I need to.
