I think we should have a new rule for banning.

first ban= temp or perm
second ban= double temp time or perm
third ban= PERMA BAN THEM FOREVER!

We already have a rule for this, but it's not enforced as much as I feel it needs to be.

1: Permban (IF they were complete and total mayhem causers) Temp otherwise.
2. Tempban again, permban (Depending on severity) final warning
3. Permban
4. Unban if appealed
5. Permban, appealing declined.

That means we need to start enforcing this. There has been people banned more than 3 times with out appealing I believe, I think it needs to stop and we need to use this rule.

Yeah some people on the server actually have been banned 5 times and they are still here and if this rule was enforced a little more then we wouldn't have people being banned on a regular basis thinking "Naw nothing will happen to me".

I think this is kinda not going to work for some user's for example mokman. If we start enforcing it now i guess want him banned now. But the staff have came up with something that seems to work well with him. I think that it should be staff deciding how they want to have the banned user. You cannot just ban mok right now saying "you have been banned 5 times" because he has been a member longer than some VIP and a staff i believe. So the system right now is if mok annoys others, he get temp banned for a day. That system from what i see works fine with him. Anyways just my thoughts of the system you suggested i dont think would work for a lot of people who are on now.

Every situation is different. Every person is different. A rule like this would do us more harm than good, I'm afraid.
