while I'm gone I want to make sure someone takes care of rohan, I'm banned for a month, fair enough I can accept that, but I would like someone to take care of the town, it's a simple enough job, just to check every now and then if there are any griefings, rules broken or anything,

Checking up on griefs is tasked to vips+ and honorable members of the server. =/ Permissions should not have to be given, to vip+, by anyone on the server to check for broken rules and regulations.

Possible miss understanding: If you are asking for a member, vet, or adv to look around the town for griefs on a frequently then I understand your request for approval.

Phantom I have asked kolo to do the job, if he sees a grief he will report it or am I breaking a rule of some sort?

Yes, my house is close by to Rohan I actually have a railroad leading there so it will be easy for me to make check ups on the village, I may need Kenpachi to add me to the res or something so I can fix any small griefs but besides that it's all good.

You didn't do anything wrong asking or break any rules... just... explaining the redundancy that I could see, as vip+ and members search griefs out already.
