Offense: Minor spam/all caps which he was muted for. When the mute was over, perposely started all cap's rage spamming. Clearly being annoying to be annoying.
CoA: Banned.
Note: Same person logged in under another name and start harassing us about the ban, Admitted to being Xahor. So I IPbanned Xahor, and kicked the new person (iiHazel, Believed to be a hacked account BTW)
