regarding the end

when will there be any rules regarding the end?
will the end be periodically reset after the end dragon is killed?
etc. etc.
Edit1: when will we be allowed to goto the end?

You can go to the end as long as you have an end portal, there is not a public one currently and I'm not sure when there will be. The enderdragon will probably reset though.

As far as I know we have not made any progress with the end, I have only been able to see it once for myself and I saw no changes to it. Regarding the opening of it to the public and the EnderDragon, we will probably have annual tournaments of 1-6 players on it (This is my assumption) or we are just going to leave it out completely. And NO one... Is getting their hands on it's eggs. (Spawning ones AND... The actual egg).
