Offense: Broke several blocks at the Spawn town, Riverside.
CoA: When confronted, admitted to a few then the rest. Decided to jail him for 20, since he's got through the effort to register on the site, and seems to want to continue playing on Junkie. Warned him that if he was caught again it would likely result in a ban.
Edit: Took him out of jail early when he agreed to fix the town up. Made sure he reassembled all the houses and dirt and then he left. (Community service, to reduce his sentence basically)
