Offense: Griefed the CRAP out of MrBosnian95's house, stolen iron blocks, enchantment tables, brewing stands, iron ingots, tons of brewing materials, obliterated his farm, and lying that they didn't do it.
Course of Action: Jailed both, banned both, then rolled back both.
