I meant Ip ban, he logged on saying "Why even try, I have 60 accounts" I said "You're an idiot, kthxbaibai" then IP-Banned him. It means his IP on his computer (No matter what account) Is banned from the server.

Don't ipban him idiots. Name ban. He can't undo a name ban. If that was possible, you really think it wouldn't be widely known?
