Offense: he saw me in torchdeleters and kaos1559 house and teleported, i accepted and he killed them all.(Teleport and kill???) then i caught him braking into their house. Also he diconnected when i went to kill him, he logged on in 1 minute and said WTF KOLO!!!


Course of action: Jailed for 10 minutes and forced to appologize.

When i said forced to aplogize it wasnt realy like forced to. If he didnt want to he didn't have to, but he was begging for me to let him out so i told him to say your sorry right now and it wont happen again or your spending the full 10 minutes. After he was in jail for around 9 minutes and he apologized for an early unjail.

He didn't kill me, he killed kaos and then i killed him for being a douche and building on our terrain stalking us and Capsing the whole chat!

Hc has a past of tping out of battle constantly, disconnecting and being unfair during PVP after being told countless time by staff that he should stop, Also his caps problem. He also asked me when I got on (While he was jailed) to unjail him, I always ask why and he said "idk" once.

Yeah he still disconects in pvp =(

The other day I was walking to exile, and he logged on. I started lagging to the point i was only getting 1 FPS. He hit me twice, I survived with 1/2 heart, then he logged out. My FPS went back up to normal. I'm not sure, but I think he might have a hacking client.

Someone who causes that much trouble must have a weird background maybe the staff should check him on MCbans if he is banned on other servers and why.
MCbans is designed for this sort of stuff.

HCdestroyer has a reputation of 8.18/10 on MCbans. He was banned from one server for griefing on October 14, 2011. I look other places, but didn't find any other info on him. IMO we should make this his last warning. He's caused trouble from the day he joined. Within a few minutes he was asking for admin. I remember when he joined BigPapi7 said "I met him on a griefing server". So I say last warning. What do you guys think?
