Earlier today bionic something got into my house and started stealing from my chest, when I came up to him he killed me, every time I would go back to my house he would kill me again there was nothing I could because I'm not that good at fighting and didn't have any weapons while he had a diamond sword. He claimed it was legal to steal out of chest and there wasn't any staff on so I couldn't prove him wrong so I quit. I logged on a little later and asked Droz if it was legal to steal out of chests and he said it was. Building a 1x1 tower can get you banned but going into someones house killing them and stealing out of there chest is perfectly legal, that's just stupid.

But I think bionic was running hacks that allowed him to turn invisible and go throw walls, for example my front and only door was locked and there is no other way into my house without breaking something, but he was able to get into it with out breaking anything. Also I was running the server map and I could see he was in my house but when I switch to my game I would look all around and couldn't see him or his name, their aren't any rooms I'm my house yet so if he was in it I would be able to see him no matter what. And he would appear, like if he teleported to me, and attacked me but he would always be at my house on the server map so he wasn't teleporting. At one point bionic said he was outside so I looked around inside real quick and didn't see him so I walked out and turned around and he ran from inside my house and killed me. Like I said there is only one door in my house and It would be impossible for me to miss him if he was in my house. I don't have any kind of physical proof and there wasn't anyone else around the house as a witness, so I guess he can't really be banned for it but I just want to let everyone know so people can keep an eye on him because he's probably a hacker.

Maybe there's an explanation for all this but either way for me and some others this server has been ruined by pvp, it should only be allowed in a pvp area or the lost world and not all of the new world. At least make stealing illegal, I rarely ever use the mall and work hard to get all of my supplies legitimately and it sucks to have some stupid kid who only pvps steal it when there probably not going to do anything with it because there to busy killing people.

Edit: Before this happened spleen52 invited some people who wanted to look my house to my house and I think one of those people invited bionic to see which may explain how he got in my house later with out breaking anything or going through the door. But I still think he has a mod that turns him invisible.

As a witness i have overheard some talking in the chat about Bionic hacking before. For now get a staffs help and see what they can do as of now i'd just watch bionic and keep your items SECURE. as you said there might be some explanation for him getting in and it could be that he snuck in from right behind you right when you opened your door. all i can say is that if you need resources i may be able to help just PM me when we both are online and ill help out.

Use sponge blocks to protect you from PVP. If you don't want to PVP at all then build in the old world where PVP is off. The server is survival and PVP adds to that. If you build away from spawn you are normally not bothered by PVP, but if you are still worried use the sponge blocks.

IT IS NOT OKAY TO STEAL. UNTIL I GIVE NOTICE AND MAKE IT VERY CLEAR YOU CANNOT STEAL FROM PLAYERS CHESTS.

As for the rest of what you said we will look into it

I was wrong to say this server has been ruined, bionic has been banned and i guess droz was wrong about stealing being legal, I was just mad.

Thanks Caldrin and Korthic and anyone else who got everything straightened out for me. I just wish I didn't destroy my chests and leave the server because I wasn't planning on returning at the time, but I guess a fresh start is good

Some people, such as Xben thought that it was allowed and that Korthic mentioned it was open game on mumble, I didn't hear it but some talk might have confused VIPs+staff upon this issue.

No xben knows it wasn't allowed, if he stole anything he is perm banned.

bionic also broke in to kaos dorti meaney and maxses house although there were lapiz blocks and i couldnt get in without destroying anything he got into the house almost as he walked through the wall and set it as home then he kept killing them when they did /home

Nope bionic got in because the lapis blocks teleported him into the home
