Adv. Builder application - "The Mediterranean Pearl"

Ohoy, friends! i've been working quite alot on this project this week, and wanted to apply for adv. builder, so this is what i've come up with: The Mediterranean Pearl; a modern Spanish house!
its built in the desert near the coast, which makes it possible to travel here by boat fairly easily. the overall theme is, of course, modern spanish architecture, with a dash of a spa feel. the colour scheme chosen for this building is tan/beige, with dark oak floors and celling, giving it a luxury feel. windows are tinted black, so you can live here without wondering if someone is watching you from outside.
Coordinates are: 1450, -2666

will not be approved as it stand right now, so im going to make some sort of spanish/italian style village around this plot.
