Spawn Theme!

Hello! I wanted to see if it was possible if I could make spawn, and the area around it themed to whatever holiday that is coming up! since Halloween is coming up soon I would like to make spawn and the area surrounding it Halloween themed! I would decorate it a month or so before the holiday, then I would take it down 5 or so days afterward! This thread is to ask permission to be able to do this, and also if you live around spawn if I can have your permission to build my themes within 100 blocks of your house! I would love your feedback on this

Edit: This would be a regular thing! Example: Whenever Halloween is over, I would tear down the Halloween decorations and add thanks giving decorations, or Christmas
decorations and things like that!
