seriously, u guys banned us without hearing my point of view?
you should have seen the amounts of cobblestone we where pulling out at the same time. We where using diamond picks to make it go faster. jonapap started using his towards the end. We where using tricks he heard online like, if you mine upwards oover a pit of lava, you will find diamonds. It worked! the proof is in the mine, for we used water buckets to make the lava into obsidian. we found lots of diamonds for lava pitts are commun and we where very exited. lots of mining was involved and I have to say, we where very Lucky.just for your info, both of us DIED in the mine so xraying, really? why would we suicide and loose our diamonds and diamond picks AND a full set of iron armor+5 gold just to prove we werent doing something. Pretty stupid huh? And when I left, I always have to get off at 8:00, now, time is different where u guys are but I get up at 6:00 and quit playing at 8:00. My brother was being angry so my mom forced me off (with words). This was a HUGE mistake and a ''wrong thing at the wrong time''.

Ok so let me just start off by saying, we would have liked to hear your point of view but you left as soon as we confronted you, which really does not help your case. I did look back over your caves and still have reason to believe you were xraying. Many of your caves randomly branched off and led directly to diamonds. Also what really did not help was that the majority of your caves were left completely unlit. Also, if you think this is an appropriate way to start off an appeal, you may need to think again. So far, none of the other staff are completely satisfied with your appeal, so the ban remains in place for a month.

For the case of cave branches, how many did you see? Huh? We mined more redstone than diamonds!
You have no proof what so ever that we xrayed, I dont even know what it is even! I had to leave beacause of my computer turn wich was up! Ask everyone that knows me, they will say that I usually get off around that time! My brother was also not helping by forcing me off! Beacause he desperately wanted to play! YOU HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO REASON TO ACCUSE ME FOR ANYTHING FOR YOU HAVE NO PROOF! Oh, and just to be clear, 1 month is absolutely over exagerated!

Btw lighting? Seriously? Check your brightness in settings! Lava makes a good light source too! And water was used to minimise security hasards, I've got 15 obsidian in my inventory If you would like!

PPs: You did not talk with ALL the admins so that makes you a liar to, and lying to a fellow innocent member? AGAINST THE RULES! Just talk to Joe, u know, Ephantom, he is a good friend of mine and he knows that I have no reputation to do that or have any incentive to do anything of the sort! Even Miniguns knows me! He could tell you alot about me to! He is a very good friend also! So, no, no admins told you anything, in fact, I am beggining to wonder if you are in fact an admin at all!

Also, what IS xraying?

We, the staff team reached a conclusion that you and jonapap were most likely xraying. It is not up for debate. You mined almost every single diamond in a 100 block radius. I am also NOT admin so please stop calling me admin. It was not solely my decision but I do believe you and your friend were xraying. Also EPhantom (Joe) is not your friend, he seems to be very confused about you thinking he is your friend. On top of that, there is NO way you don't know what xraying is, so there is no point denying it.

If you feel that I am being unfair, or I have been misguided, then please take this up with a higher power, such as CM+ (Countypo, caldrin, explodingboxes, nicolu)

I have gone through your your mine and using world edit i can count how many of an item are in a certain area. I have found in a 60 X 60 area a total of 317 redstone ore that you left and in the walls and in the same area there is 5 diamond ore left.

In an area that hasnt been mined i check the same size area and find 354 redstone ore and 40 diamonds. so that looks like like you two are xraying.

I looked up xraying and Ooooh no, no way, I can barely solve an internet connection problem!
I do admit that we beat up the area real hard in the diamond layer, I mean, dont you think that we would have taken everything if we xrayed? You said there where 5 left

I am not farmiliar with technology at all, I can't even install java! All I am very farmiliar with is the microsft powerpoint program. That is it!


If you let me on the server tomorrow I can show you the entire mineshaft we dug. Like I said before in the posts, diamonds can be easily found above subterrainian lava pits. Lava is easily found in the dark as the light seeps thru the blocks.

Honnestly, I swear, we where trying to find all the diamonds in the area without cheats. All we had where our picks and our lucky day ahead of us. I can show you where we found diamonds but the truth is, it was all pure coincidence. I completely understand what you are telling me and you have complete right to be suspicious at us but tell me, what was our motivation?
