Some suggestions for the "New World" name:

Narnia
Newer world
Epicness
Rainbow land
World of fire breathing rubber duckies
Doom unicorns
Sheep land
Randomness world
Teddy bear land
Kaboom
Troll land
World of flying tacos
Pink gorilla world

I think anyone one of the above names would be great. :D

Novo Mundo, New world in Latin

Oblitus, Forgotten in Latin

And I couldn't really think of anything more to put into Google translate, And Mundo!
