If it's just chat offenses and they're not targeting anyone (like Expected was doing last night to Boxes), there's no reason the punishment should escalate past mutes. But that doesn't mean you can't raise the bar a bit, you guys are dishing out like 15-30 minute mutes. Make the next one an hour. Then two. Then four. Then a day. Then a week. Then a month. I know exactly what you guys mean by "stupid shit in chat day after day". It's annoying as hell and they do it intentionally to get reactions. They don't have to talk to play on MCJ, make sure they realize that.
