Question about mob health bars?

I was wondering if there was anyone that an individual player could disable the mob health bar things. I've been having trouble where when ever I hit a monster and there health bar shows my frame rate will hit 5-10fps. So I was wondering if there is any way that I could disable it on my client so I can't see it?

yes you can disable it all you need to do is use the
/mobhealth
command
