Problem solved, I just removed pvp cause pvp is silly.

Good on them for putting in the effort. 100 blocks is the acceptable distance for building and using /sethome

Well I dont think it's fair that they killed me went home killled me went home and killed me all withen 10 minutes.

100 blocks away is the set minimal limit for someone to build from someone else. And he didn't tp to you, he just went home.
So no, I'm not seeing any rules having been broken.

Sorry forgot to add this but kaos had cleaered out trees and flattened it and added a bed to mark it for a future village, then there was a house built there.

if you really don't want them killing you, residence the area or set it up so they can't get in.
