The Treaty of Notch.
Concerning the Peace between Junkie and Xeon
Ninth of September, in the Year of Our Lord, Notch, 2011

Thou treaty is truly serious in all of the respects. We wish to end the senseless greifing and war and our attacks. This will mark the end of a long and unending war. The people signing this treaty are awesome also they think that this should be followed to the letter.
In recent times, there has been much trouble between Minecraft Junkie and Xeon Gaming, which hath caused great distress. Due to this, we wish to bring peace between the servers, and reconcile our disagreements.

Article I: Membership clause:
Anyone wishing to become a member on either server must agree to this document.

Article II: Stipulations for Membership:
From this day forth, All grief on either server, including but not limited to: destruction and/or creation of blocks without permission, theft, verbal abuse, and/or threats, whether empty, serious or "joking" will result in an appropriate punishment agreed on by both servers, whether it be a ban, kick, jail, and/or demotion. If no Agreement can be reached, the players will be jailed untill Kommy decides on appropriate punishment(s). Said punishment will be carried out on both Minecraft Junkie and Xeon Gaming. If they so desire, the servers may agree on different punishments for each server, such as a demotion on one, and a ban on another. Each punishment will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Article III: Past Transgressions
Concerning the Staff, VIPs, Veterans, Admins, Community Managers, and Members of Minecraft Junkie: We sincerely apologize for any violation of the terms of this treaty in prior times. We request unbanning and membership on your server, under a 3 month probationary period. If we possess any illegal items, (TNT, fire blocks, water blocks, lava blocks, bedrock, etc), grief, insult any of your members, or anything else deemed disrespectful of the server, we should be perma-banned.
We also forgive any and all Members, Staff, and Admins of Xeon Gaming if they have violated any part of this treaty.
The only problem is that this is isn't a legal document.

I agree with a peace treaty, although I have no idea what happened during that time, I don't mind agreeing to this.

Well I, DrozKnight, agree to abide by this. Also I think the only thing we need to make it legal is to have Kommy write on this post saying he abides by this and will allow proper punishment to any member, veteran, VIP, staff, overlord, or admin who does any kind of grief mentioned in Article II on the Xeon Gaming server and also say the forgiveness and apologies ect. if they are necessary. Then Kimbo, Kommy, and staff from both servers can take pictures of the treaty and Kommy's post to prove this documents existence if anything were to happen to it. As a suggestion I think the is should be changed to it in "Kimbo's only problem was that is isn't a legal document." It's a small typo but hey it is an official document Now since the Junkie players who have the Xeon Gaming's ip already and have been on it before with good and bad intentions alike (Yes I have read Article III about past transgressions and they will be forgiven, I believe and hope for from Xeon Gaming), are mainly VIPs and up, I would really like to see those people post on this agreeing to abide by this document and if you don't I'll be catching you in mumble Yes I have made each sentence a different color in an attempt for better organization

Thank you for the support. I found out earlier today that Kimbo wasn't supposed to see it yet. Me, Wobot, and Dole will finish it tonight, ad I will update the serious parts of it. Also the typo doesn't matter because that wasn't part of the document. And by "legal", I meant that there will not be any IRL ramifications.

The idea was to completely drop the issue, genius. Save for a small handful of people in the Mumble chat, this doesn't apply to anybody.
