He is a new player and he did not know what he was doing he is very sorry for his crimes the reason he logged off is he had go to do somthing for his dad.

being new doesnt make it ok for someone to steal but looking into this more it appears that all jesusfreek is guilty of is not responding to Nico when she tryed to talk with him and according to yoyoyo they know eachother and it was ok for Jesus to be in that chest.
so long story short it was ok for Jesus to be in chest and if that is all he was banned for then he will be unbanned.
